Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive. Be sure you have entered your information correctly, and that Caps Lock is not on. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No, registration is free and takes less than a minute to complete.

Where are my photos/how do I find my photos?
There are a few ways to find photos. Galleries are listed on the main gallery page, the most recent galleries appearing towards the top. You can also search for galleries by event name, event date, or the gallery/event ID number, by clicking the 'search' text towards the top of any gallery page.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit card? No you don't. I simply use PayPal to handle the transaction, to ensure that the transaction is secure and your details are safe. To pay by credit card, complete your order, and when the 'Major Credit Card or PayPal' payment option is presented, click the 'click here to pay' button, and fill out your details on this page.

How do I pay using PayPal?
Complete your order, and when the 'Major Credit Card or PayPal' payment option is presented, click the 'click here to pay' button. Login using the form presented on the next page, and simply pay like any other PayPal transaction.

Can I pay by direct deposit?
Payment using direct deposit will be available within the next few days.
